Carrageenan Jelly Powder: FG Series

  Carrageenan based Jelly Powder: FG Series is a blended and tailor solution for the production of jellies. It contains carrageenan and other hydrocolloids. This product provide the end product Jelly with high transparency, tenacity and excellent water holding ability. It is widely used in producing “drawable jelly”, transparent jelly, pudding jelly, double layer jelly and pulp jelly, etc. Due to its excellent performance, it is highly recognized by jelly manufacturers.

I. Tender and Smooth Jelly Powder
Carrageenan is used as the main ingredient and blended with other hydrocolloids to bring up synergy effect. This product gives the finished products a high degree of stiffness, moderate tenacity and high transparency. The product is easy to pass through sieve during production. The outstanding performance, easy handling and cost effectiveness makes it highly appreciated by jelly manufacturers.

II. High-transparency and High-elasticity Jelly Powder
Carrageenan is used as the main ingredient and blended with other hydrocolloids. It has characteristics of high degree of transparency, outstanding tenacity and elasticity, high chewiness and stiffness and does not require filtration during production. It is applicable to the production of premium jellies and pulp jellies.

It does not require filtration and is applicable to various types of production techniques.

V. Pudding Powder and Double Layer Jelly Powder
Carrageenan based powder blended with synergized hydrocolliods. The finished products are tender, soft, smooth and tasty with a good resistance to heat. It is applicable to the production of dairy puddings and multi-layered jellies.
